Jamie Heater is the former Executive Director for Salisbury’s Arts and Entertainment District, serving from 2017 – 2023. In this role, Ms. Heater oversaw the installation of public art projects and the development of a Public Art Master Plan for the City of Salisbury. Ms. Heater is a graduate of Salisbury University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. She is currently the Director of Marketing for Gillis Gilkerson, a commercial construction and real estate development firm on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and continues to serve as a Board Member of Salisbury Arts Alliance.
